1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7pp7 ("7pp7", "the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 7pp7 website at 7pp7.vip, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and customer support services made available through the platform.

Any funds in an account closed for a Terms violation may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with the specific circumstances determined by 7pp7.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7pp7 platform are conducted through approved payment channels. 7pp7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected card and bank transfer options where available.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to a player's 7pp7 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. 7pp7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which 7pp7 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Anti-Money Laundering

Funds associated with confirmed money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and forfeited in their entirety.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

7pp7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified at the time each bonus is issued.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering completion terms.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a player who has not previously held a 7pp7 account and who is depositing for the first time. Any attempt to claim a new player offer with an existing or duplicate account will be treated as promotional abuse under these Terms.

5. Account Security and Responsible Use

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7pp7 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

Password and Login Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 7pp7 account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7pp7 customer support immediately via the live chat function. 7pp7 will investigate the report and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. 7pp7 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where those losses arose as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Prohibited Account Conduct

You agree not to use your 7pp7 account for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: using automated tools (bots, scripts, or software) to interact with the platform; attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the 7pp7 software; exploiting bugs or errors in the platform for financial gain; and harassing or threatening 7pp7 staff or other players.

Account Suspension and Closure

7pp7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or where continued operation of the account is inconsistent with 7pp7's obligations under applicable law. Where an account is closed following a material breach by the player, any bonus funds and wagering-derived winnings may be forfeited. Confirmed real-money balances that are not subject to an ongoing investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time.

6. Game Rules and Disputes

Each game available on the 7pp7 platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. • All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been accepted by the 7pp7 system, except in circumstances where 7pp7 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or server error that causes a game to fail to complete normally, 7pp7 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game to its pre-interruption state. • Manifest errors — including but not limited to obvious pricing mistakes, software malfunctions that award incorrect payouts, and data feed errors affecting live sports odds — will be corrected by 7pp7 upon discovery. Bets placed and winnings credited as a result of a manifest error may be voided or adjusted. 7pp7 will endeavour to notify affected players where a manifest error correction materially affects their account balance.
• Disputes regarding a game outcome, a credited or forfeited bonus, or a payment transaction must be raised with 7pp7 customer support within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. 7pp7's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

All game outcomes at 7pp7 are determined by certified RNG systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics operated by licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. 7pp7 does not interfere with game outcomes and does not have the ability to override RNG-determined results.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Modifications to These Terms

7pp7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 7pp7 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where the changes are significant, 7pp7 may additionally notify registered players via the contact information held on their account.

Your continued use of the 7pp7 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
